These psd templates were made with Adobe Photoshop CS3 and sliced and coded with Dreamweaver CS3. For the best results it would be best to use the same software when customizing your template. The psd files can be opened with most versions of photoshop as well as the html can be edited with most html editors.
The files are to purchased by people with an average to advanced level of knowledge of Photoshop and html. If you have this level of expertise you should be able to create endless design possibilities with my custom made templates.
